Randomness

The pains of life are weighing me down - someday I will be free to fly on Eagles wings to the side of God. Until then, I keep on keeping on and hold on to the promises that God loves me and will never leave me and I'm going to Heaven when I die!!!!

Roo & Pooh

Well, I just got back from the doctor, and I only strained a muscle in my neck (the sternocleidomastoid), which is good...I'll need to ice it and take ibuprofen and get therapy so the muscle doesn't get stiff and stay stiff.

That is all for now. I am going to go watch Pooh's Heffalump Movie while I wait for Dani and Roo to get here!!!

Crunch

I was rear ended by a SUV today. A girl thot I was turning at the red light and hit the gas before she realized I wasn't going yet. She wasn't hurt - just really shook up. My neck hurts some, and I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to get it looked at...

Don't know when the insurance guy will come to assess the damage, but here is what my car looks like now:

OK, so something funny just happened - I'm looking for flights to MI for a week and the airline wanted to put me on a connecting flight...in Fort Worth, TX...to go from MPLS to - DETROIT MI! GAAAK.

So, it was a fun filled evening/morning! We made cupcakes for the Fallout Art Festival where our church, bluer, is doing a cake walk (among other things) and then watched Arsenic and Old Lace. Roo, R080 and I just brought Rico home...he is fun!

So, we just got back from Red Lobster for Dad's birthday - we ate too much!!! What was really funny, tho, was our plates matched our shirts - and we didn't try to do that!

On the way home there was a lady out walking who was wearing sweat pants and a sweatshirt...it's 74 degrees outside! Whew...I am suddenly very warmish.
