Tonight I have started a hunt that I hate...and have only done once before in my life.
I have started the hunt for a new, and better job. One where I can grow and learn more, about myself and how I really am better at learning new things than I ever thought I would be.
I got lucky last time - my grandma saw an ad, I went in and a week later I started my first job. The past 7 years there have been full of growing experiences, but lately I am finding more and more that I have basically gone as far as I can at my current place of employment.
Let the Hunt begin!

I think that is a great idea, Kandi. I know that you have had a lot of frustration at your current job at different times. I'll be praying and I'll keep my eyes open.
